Planning an event is not easy and you have to have time and do a lot of homework in order to make sure the even turn out grand. There or rules to planning an event so it come be a hit.

3. find the venue first
4. pick a theme
5. create eye catching flyers
6. set up timelines
7. stay in touch with venue
