Happy Holiday's

Tonight we wanted to blog about a design team the paved the way for street fashion they or out of New York and that started by selling hats out of there car and turning half of there home into a factor. Yes the one and only FUBU.

Fubu was stated in 1992 and when it hit the street it took off like your granny seven up cake. When you wear FUBU you were making a statement that you were proud to be black another form of saying black power my brother and sisters. the work FUBU means for us by us.

Slow Day

Today we spent most of the day looking up information on local artist and we still have not pick the designer we want to blog about. We have learned that there is so many local and talent fashion artist in the bay area.


Today we decided not to post any one local designer we will feature a store the sale a lot of the local bay area fashion artist designs. This store is in San Francisco. We took a trip to San Francisco today to visit this store and we were impressed at all the different local artist designs that or begin sold in this store.

They have evetrhing you could want and more. It's really nice inside and the sale clerks or really nice. We did not want to feature one artist from this store when there or so many different artist.

This store is called Residents Apparel Gallery an local fashion artist can rent a rack or shelf to display the work and it all on consign, who could ask for anything more. RAGS carry women, men, children and everything else. Here have posited a few picture from there web site for you to view

Its Morning aftter noon

We had a long weekend working with other artist trying to put together some meeting and events for fashion artist in Antioch. We can't give you the whole scoop right now but I will keep you posted.

Today we want to talk about which college in the bay area that is producing some of the best designers in the bay area and No its not one of the over priced college that you attend and have to pay you school bill for the rest of your life. We're talk about a local college that you don't have to pay an arm and leg.

We're talking about City College of San Francisco there Curriculum is just as Good or better than those high priced art school's. There teacher or of some of best in fashion, the classes or on point.

Here when bring a designs out Antioch Ca. She love to use colors and she is not affair to show off a little legs. Her clothing Line goes by the name of So Flawless Creations but the name was changed from Vanity Designs.

We really the first name, we have been a big fan of this designer since we went to a fashion show that was hosted by City College in San Fransico that was in 1995.

So Flawless Creations was also a designer in the Rock the Runway show a couple of weekends ago. If you see this designer name on a line up for a fashion you shoyldd check her out.
